Can I ask for a build-on-site custom order?
Gem State Sheds offers build on site as an option to discuss. Contact us for pricing and to confirm availability, site access and requirements for your property. Online building and option prices do not include build-on-site service.
Which rent-to-own terms are available?
We offer no-credit-check rent-to-own. Current listings may show 36, 48, or 60-month estimates. Blue House Rentals provides the rental agreement. We will review monthly rent, tax, and the amount due before you sign; the written agreement sets the final terms.
Do custom-order prices apply to buildings on the lot?
Current inventory prices belong to each exact building, including its installed options and adjustments. We prepare separate estimates for custom orders and confirm the final price before you order.
What delivery area is included?
Delivery is free within 50 miles of the lot. A small delivery fee applies beyond 50 miles. We will confirm the fee, route, placement needs, and any other charges for your address before you order.
How should I prepare for delivery?
Discuss the building footprint and support points before preparing the site. Tell us about gates, trees, overhead utilities, turns, slopes, soft ground and the intended placement. Confirm foundation, access clearance, support blocks and any special-placement or crane requirements for your exact site.
Do I need permits or permission?
Confirm the requirements for your exact property with its local planning and building authority before purchase or site preparation. Check setbacks, easements, HOA requirements and intended use. A shed style or floor plan does not establish residential approval or permit exemption.
What warranty applies?
We list a 5-year craftsmanship warranty, 30-year metal warranty, and 50-year siding warranty.
