Add Assurance Plus to a rent-to-own building for an optional monthly charge. Ask us for current pricing and review the written program terms before you choose it.
If a building is destroyed
If the building is deemed completely destroyed, the program provides a replacement with the same model number. Photos are required. Personal contents are not covered.
Repairs and re-leveling
For listed repairs, Assurance Plus covers labor while you pay for materials. Listed items include broken windows, siding, roof, hinges, and tie rods. Door handles and knobs are mailed at no cost. One building re-leveling is included.
