Flexible way to get your building
Rent to own. No credit check.
Get the space you need without paying the full cash price upfront. Choose your building, review the monthly rental payment, and decide whether rent-to-own fits your plans.
Rent-to-own is a rental agreement with an option to purchase. It is not a loan. Blue House Rentals is the rental partner for Premier buildings.

How it works
Choose your building
Browse available buildings or tell us what you would like to order. We will help you compare the cash price and the rent-to-own option for the building you choose.
Review the written terms
See the payment term, monthly rent, estimated tax, amount due at signing, and any applicable protection plan or other charges before you decide. The signed agreement sets the final terms.
Plan delivery
We will confirm the lot, delivery address, site access, placement, and any delivery or setup charges with you. Prepare a suitable site before the building arrives.
Make payments or buy early
Make payments under your agreement. Ownership transfers after all required payments or an approved early payoff. Ask Blue House Rentals for a payoff amount while your account is current and in good standing.
Clear answers before you decide
Will you check my credit?
No. Gem State Sheds offers a no-credit-check rent-to-own option. We will explain the rental agreement and the amount due before you sign.
What will my monthly payment be?
Available inventory listings may show estimates for 36, 48, or 60 months, with the displayed term labeled. Monthly rent is separate from the cash purchase price. Your contract will state the final monthly payment for your exact building and show any tax or amount due at signing.
When will I own the building?
Blue House Rentals retains ownership during the rental agreement. The building becomes yours after you complete the required payments or an approved early payoff under the signed terms.
Can I return the building?
Contact Blue House Rentals to discuss a voluntary return. Returning the building does not erase an outstanding balance. Review the return terms in your agreement before you sign.
Can I make changes to a building while renting?
Do not make permanent changes or alterations that would damage the building if removed. Ask before making a change during the rental term.
Ready to find your space?
Tell us which building you like and where it will go. We will review the available options and the full payment details with you.
